Since its official launch in 1997, over 10,000,000 people have experienced Casino-on-Net's exciting gaming action on the World Wide Web, making Casino-on-Net the leading Online Casino. offers a nice variety of games and stakes to its players. offer low stakes options for both cash games and tournaments, with tons of No Limit Holdem Tournaments with buy-ins ranging between $2.50 + .25 and $200 + $15. accepts Credit Cards, Deposit by Phone, Checking Account deposits powered by Citadel, Neteller, Fire Pay, ACTeCASH, PrePaidATM, Wire Transfer and other deposit methods. offers the same games as Party Poker and Empire Poker - Holdem, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, 7 Card Stud, 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo, Sit & Go tournaments, and Multi-Table tournaments. And has recently added No Limit Texas Holdem cash games. does not have the amount of players as Party Poker and Empire Poker. However, still has plenty of action; we never seem to have trouble sitting down at the $5 + .50 No Limit Holdem Tournaments. has about 4,000 players, so the action is better than other online poker sites (ie - Full Tilt has about 1,500 players).

Pacific Software Interface Usability has a decent interface. Though, we think it is a bit sluggish - the cards seem to come out slower than at other poker rooms. For us, the speed is kind of annoying but we're sure there are folks out there who prefer to have the cards come out slowly more like the brick and mortar games. The interface is fairly simple and straightforward, and the layout is pretty standard and intuitive, making the transition to playing at very easy.

In the client, the cash games have tabs on top in the following order:

  • Holdem
  • Omahi Hi
  • Omaha H/L
  • 7 Stud
  • 7 Stud H/L
  • 1 On 1

Meanwhile, the tournaments have tabs on top in the following order:

  • Sit & Go
  • Multi Tables

The buttons in the lower right corner of the interface are Chat, View Lobby and Leave Table. People don't seem to use the Chat as frequently as in other poker rooms. In the left corner the Sit Out Next Hand checkbox can be used and the Auto Muck Losing Hands checkbox is checked by default. The current and future blinds are in the upper left corner. This is nice late in the tournaments when the blinds are sizable. PacificPoker offers full 10 player tables. This is a welcome change from the 9 player tables at Absolute Poker and Poker Stars, as well as the 9 player tables in the California brick and mortar casinos. Poker Room Action offers no limit Texas Hold'em tournaments. Unfortunately, we could only play one tournament at a time since does not allow multi-tabling. We like playing the $5 + .50 No Limit Holdem Sit & Gos. These 10 player tournaments are easy to find at Pacific Poker, and we've never had to wait more than a few minutes to take a seat. There is also plenty of action at other levels like $2.50 + .25 and $10 + $1. It goes up to $200 + $15 on the Sit and Go tab. There is a respectable amount of players and tables, and we didn't have problems finding the games we prefer.

Pacific Poker Customer and Technical Support

The Support button is easy to see in the interface. It is nice to see support options available 24/7 so that you can ask for help even if you're playing in the middle of the night on a Sunday. Players in the US and Canada can call 1-800-480-5186. We've used the support number ourselves to ask about a withdrawal. The person we spoke to was very professional and very helpful.

Pacific Poker's Ease of Game, Ease of Making Money, Fish Rating

In most of the Sit & Go Tournaments that we've joined there seems that about 1/3rd of the players are really bad, about 1/3rd are decent and about 1/3rd are somewhat good. The 1/3rd that are really bad tend to go out fast. They unnecessarily risk all their chips early when the blinds are small and not worth stealing.

Now that has NL ring games a lot of people are taking notice. It reminds people of the old days with Party Poker where tons of loose fish are ready for the taking. Bonuses and Promotions had the 25% bonus at the time of this writing. No bonus code is required to receive the bonus. The bonus is applied automatically when using any link from FTR. Unlike other poker rooms that make you earn the bonus before using the money, made the bonus available right away. Pacific Poker's bonus program is unique in this manner, once you make your deposit. The bonus is immediately released and can be used to take to the tables! This was easy to notice. We deposited $300 but the cashier showed that I had $375 to play with. I played one $10 + $1 tournament and 4 $5 + .50 tournaments and then had a balance of $377.

We decided to see what would happen if we decided to cash out from after only playing 5 tournaments. We asked for the entire $377 to be released and to our surprise nothing popped up in the software to prevent us from doing so. While we were waiting for the cash to hit my Neteller account I even got another email from Pacific saying I could get another bonus of $25 if we deposited at least $50. The $377 seemed to be taking awhile so we called tech support after a few days. They said everything looked normal and that the money should be released soon. Sure enough, it hit our Neteller account a few days later. Once it hit, we took $100 and deposited it back into PacificPoker. And sure enough, the additional $25 bonus appeared a short time later. Other rooms offer bonuses more than 25% but I've never seen one available as quickly as the one in Pacific Poker. If you're looking for a bonus that is available immediately, then this is the place.
